FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: method for control of induced seismic activity in areas of development of solid mineral deposits relates to the field of analysis of geophysical processes. The invention is used in: control of induced seismic activity, geodynamic zoning, detection and tracing of tectonic disturbances in the upper part of the earth’s crust, selection of a rational mode of development of solid mineral (hereinafter – SM) deposits. The invention is mostly used in control of induced seismic activity in areas of development of SM deposits. At the first stage of the method, seismically active areas of the territory are detected, for which a significant time interval is selected, at the end of which seismic events are selected from geophysical statements on the specified territory with their topographic coordinates, magnitude, energy class, and hypocenter depth, and at the second stage, total released seismic energy of seismic events is determined in contoured areas of the territory, then, actual values of its density are compared with its threshold value, and if they are higher, then, control information is generated in the form of corresponding recommendations. After that, the process is repeated at each following time interval in the set sequence of stages and operations.
EFFECT: increase in geodynamic safety of the development of solid mineral deposits.
