SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds selected from compounds of formulas (Ie), (In), (Ip), (Iq), (Ir), and (Is) or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, which can be used for reduction or at least partial prevention of pain or fever. In the specified formulas, each X11, each X12, each X13, and each X14 is independently unsubstituted C1-4 alkyl or fluorine, provided that at least two of X11 are fluorine, provided that at least two of X12 are fluorine, provided that at least two of X13 are fluorine, and provided that at least two of X14 are fluorine; each X9 is independently deuterium, fluorine or chlorine; R5F, R5H, R5J, R5K, and R5L are independently hydrogen or unsubstituted C1-4 alkyl; R5C is selected from a group consisting of hydrogen and C(=O)R12; R4a and R4b are independently hydrogen, unsubstituted C1-4 alkyl, or -C(X16)3, provided that at least one of R4a and R4b is -C(X16)3; R12 is unsubstituted C2-30 alkenyl; each X16 is independently hydrogen or fluorine, provided that at least two of X16 are fluorine; Z1, Z2, and Z3 are independently NH, oxygen, or sulfur; p5, p11, p13, p14, p15, and p16 are 0.
