Two muscle bundles 1.8 cm thick, up to 12.0 cm long are isolated from m.psoas, which are carried out under the fatty capsule and fixed to the lower pole of the kidney medially and laterally, forming a fixing "basket", by fixing the kidney not due to the fibrous capsule, but by holding m.psoas muscle flaps through tunnels in the fatty capsule of the kidneys in the region of their lower poles.

EFFECT: fusion is observed both along the posterior and lateral surfaces of the kidney, which ensures reliable functional stabilization of the organ, due to the immersion of the lower part of the kidney into the muscle bed in the form of a "basket".
