SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to a mouse containing an expression cassette Cas9 genomically integrated into locus Rosa26, wherein the expression cassette Cas9 contains an encoding sequence for protein Cas9, to a cell of the specified mouse, as well as to its production method.
EFFECT: invention is effective for testing a capability of CRISPR/Cas9-nuclease containing protein Cas9 and guiding RNA of modifying a target genomic locus in vivo, as well as for optimization of the capability of CRISPR/Cas9-nuclease of modifying the target genomic locus in vivo.
