SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology and biochemistry, specifically to hybrid polypeptide for binding to ganglioside. Hybrid polypeptide contains a light chain of clostridium neurotoxin (L), HN domain of clostridium neurotoxin, HCN domain of clostridium neurotoxin, HCC domain of clostridium neurotoxin with amino acid sequences at least 95% identical to sequences with amino acid residues, respectively, 1-448 SEQ ID NO: 1, 449-872 SEQ ID NO: 1, 873-1094 SEQ ID NO: 1, 1095-1296 SEQ ID NO: 1; and a selective ganglioside-binding fragment capable of binding to GM1, with an amino acid sequence at least 95% identical to a sequence with amino acid residues 22-124 SEQ ID NO: 9. The invention also relates to a nucleotide sequence encoding the specified hybrid polypeptide, an expression vector containing the specified sequence, and a cell for expression of the specified hybrid polypeptide, containing the specified vector.
EFFECT: invention allows for increase in selectivity of affinity of ganglioside binding.
