FIELD: pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of pharmaceuticals and medicine. Object 1 constitutes a therapeutic anti-cancer neoepitope vaccine containing an immunologically effective amount of 1) a polynucleotide containing a nucleotide sequence encoding a targeting unit targeting surface molecules on antigen-presenting cells, a dimerisation unit containing a hinge area obtained from Ig and a CH3 domain obtained from Ig, a first linker and an antigenic unit containing n cancerous neoepitope sequences, wherein said antigenic unit comprises n-1 antigenic subunits, each subunit comprises a cancerous neoepitope sequence and a second linker, and wherein said antigenic unit additionally comprises a terminal cancerous neoepitope sequence, wherein n constitutes an integer from 3 to 50, wherein the antigenic unit and the dimerisation unit are connected via said first linker; or 2) a polypeptide encoded by a polynucleotide, as defined in 1); or 3) a dimeric protein consisting of two polypeptides encoded by a polynucleotide, as defined in 1). Object 2 is an application of the vaccine for treating cancer leading to the appearance of a tumour.
EFFECT: effectiveness in presentation of each neoepitope to the immune system and immunogenicity of the anti-cancer vaccine capable of inducing a broad immune response.
