SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medical diagnostics of pathological conditions and-or use of psychoactive substances. At the heart of the diagnostic approach under the invention the method of fixation of end-products of lipids peroxidation (LP) - TBA-positive products lays. On the basis of received for blood and-or urine surveyed measurements of blood of TBA-positive products with high degree of reliability it is possible to judge presence of disease and-or the use of psychoactive substances. The way can be applied at screening inspections of numerous population groups of the population for the purpose of their conditional division into categories norm-pathology, to revealing of the general case rate or a toxic lesion of a surveyed contingent, including, for reception of preliminary data about the use of psychoactive substances in survey samples that is the most actual among children and teenagers.

EFFECT: high degree of reliability of the way, allowing to judge presence of disease and-or the use of psychoactive substances.
