SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. Transscleral contact cyclophotocoagulation (CPC) is performed with infrared laser radiation with a wavelength of 810 nm at 1.5-2.0 mm from the limbus with laser pulses applied in the projection of the processes of the ciliary body (CB). A conjunctival pocket is formed at 12 o'clock, a superficial rectangular scleral flap and a deep scleral flap are cut out with exposure of the CB area. Drainage is placed on the exposed area of ​​the CB and transciliary drainage of the posterior chamber of the eye (PCE) is carried out with the formation of a drainage hole using the same laser radiation in one pulse until the filtration of aqueous humor from the PCE appears. In this case, CPC is carried out by applying 8 laser pulses in the lower segment of the eye with an arc length of 90 angular degrees, a power of 0.8-1.2 W, the total exposure time is 40 s. A deep flap is formed in a trapezoidal shape, a drainage hole is formed with a diameter of 1 mm, an output power of 0.3-0.5 W, a pulse duration of 3-5 s. Then, a hydrogel membranous drainage is placed over the exposed CB and fixed to the scleral bed. After that, the superficial flap is fixed on the sides with two interrupted sutures, a continuous suture is applied to the conjunctiva.

EFFECT: method allows to achieve stable compensation of ophthalmotonus, as well as to reduce the frequency of postoperative complications.
