SUBSTANCE: invention relates to quantum frequency discriminators. Laser-pumped atomic beam tube with Cs atom detection comprises, in a vacuum body, a Cs atom beam source, a first optical Cs atom pumping chamber, a first end magnetic protection system, a UHF resonator, a solenoid coil, a second end magnetic protection system, a second optical detection chamber, a magnetic discharge pump, a magnetic protection system, and getters arranged along the beam passage path; according to the invention, a combined getter is installed between the second optical detection chamber and the magnetic discharge pump, being a graphite liner with an inner hole with a diameter dlin and a titanium-vanadium insert with a hole with a diameter dins≥10 mm, wherein dlin>dins, and Dins/dins≥, wherein Dins is the inner and dins is the outer diameter of the insert; the ratio of the getter parts is 3≤H/hins≤4, wherein H is the thickness of the graphite part, hins is the thickness of the titanium-vanadium insert; a recess whereto the titanium-vanadium insert is placed is made on one side in the graphite insert; a groove with a diameter of dlin<d<Dins and a width of 2 to 3 mm is made in the liner at a depth of (H-hins)/2.

EFFECT: improved vacuum in the working mode and the storage mode, reduced delay time of power voltage supply and activation of the magnetic discharge pump, and increase in the operating life of the apparatus.
