FIELD: spherical powders.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of creating spherical powders. Spherical gunpowder for construction and assembly cartridges contains pyroxylin with a volume concentration of nitrogen oxide of at least 212.0 ml/g and nitroglycerin, residual ethyl acetate, bound graphite, water, centralite II and diphenylamine are used as a chemical resistance stabilizer. The components are contained in the following ratio of components, wt.%: pyroxylin with a volume concentration of nitric oxide of at least 212 ml/g 68.5-69.8, nitroglycerin 29.0-30.0, centralite II 0.4, diphenylamine 0, 4-0.5, ethyl acetate 0.1-0.2, bound graphite 0.1, moisture 0.2-0.3. The gunpowder has a burning arch thickness of 0.17±0.04 mm and a diameter of 0.40±0.10 mm and the main fractional composition on sieves 04 and 02 - 80% or a burning arch thickness of 0.10±0.03 mm and a diameter of 0 ,40±0.15 mm and the main fractional composition on 0.4 and 016 sieves - 80%.
EFFECT: invention provides higher characteristics of gunpowder in terms of energy efficiency.
