SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture. The device contains a housing and a hopper. The housing consists of two parts: the lower one is fixed, with an unloading mouth, and the upper one is hinged, with a loading window, on the one hand it has a hinged loop connection, and on the other hand, a screw clamp, which is a hinged screw with a wing nut. Inside the housing there are drums rotating towards each other and fixed respectively on axles, one of which is driven by a gear motor. Rotation from one drum to another is carried out through a gear train, on the outer surface of which U-shaped grooves are symmetrically located, in which knives are installed and fixed in these grooves with the help of an axis fixed from displacement on both sides of the drum by a washer and a cotter pin. Adjusting sleeves are located between the knives, with the help of which they select the cutting thickness. The bunker consists of three shafts with sprockets at the ends, through which a chain-drag conveyor with blades passes. The shafts rotate in bearings and are driven by a gear motor. A folding shield is located above the chain-drag conveyor. A reflective board is installed in the bunker.
