FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry and can be used in the production of water-swellable packers. The heat-resistant water-swellable packer includes a body and a swellable material. The swelling material is made of four layers with interlayers in each layer, with the initial material of the first interlayer of the first layer glued to the body, and with all the initial materials of all layers subjected to joint and simultaneous vulcanization. As the first layer of the swelling material, from 2 to 5 layers with a total thickness ranging from 6 to 15 mm of the initial material were used, having an increase in volume when swelling in fresh water for 8 days by 1.5-2.0% and a heat resistance of 250-260°C, a mixture was used as the initial material of the first layer, wt. pts.: rubber binder 100; vulcanizing group 10.0-15.0; fillers 6.0-10.0; natural magnesium silicate 16.0-17.0; aluminosilicate hollow microspheres 12.0-20.0; plasticizer 16.0-19.0. As the second layer of the swelling material, from 4 to 12 layers with a total thickness ranging from 8 to 18 mm of the initial material were used, having an increase in volume during swelling in fresh water for 8 days by 150-200% and a heat resistance of 240-250°C, in as the starting material of the second layer, a mixture was used, including, wt. pts.: rubber binder 100; vulcanizing group 10.0-15.0; fillers 6.0-10.0; natural magnesium silicate 10.0-12.0; aluminosilicate hollow microspheres 10.0-16.0; plasticizer 16.0-19.0; water-absorbing anionic acrylamide polymer 50.0-100. As the third layer of the swelling material, from 2 to 8 interlayers with a total thickness ranging from 10 to 20 mm of the initial material were used, having an increase in volume during swelling in fresh water for 8 days by 350-400% and a heat resistance of 230-240°C, in as a starting material, a mixture was used, including, wt. pts.: rubber binder 100; vulcanizing group 10.0-15.0; fillers 6.0-10.0; natural magnesium silicate 4.0-8.0; plasticizer 16.0-19.0; water-absorbing anionic acrylamide polymer 50.0-80.0; polyacrylamide 100.0-200.0. As the fourth layer, from 2 to 8 interlayers with a total thickness ranging from 10 to 20 mm of the original material were used, which has an increase in volume when swelling in fresh water for 8 days by 250-350% and a heat resistance of 240-250°C, as the initial material used mixture, including, wt. pts.: rubber binder 100; vulcanizing group 10.0-15.0; fillers 12.0-24.0; natural magnesium silicate 4.0-8.0; plasticizer 16.0-19.0; water-absorbing anionic polymer of acrylamide 200.0-280.0.
EFFECT: increasing the heat resistance of the packer.
