SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of pharmacology and concerns a therapeutic composition in the form of drops for the treatment of otitis media with perforation of the tympanic membrane, which can be used to restore the integrity of the tympanic membrane, and as a result, human hearing. The composition includes ciprofloxacin, a chemotherapeutic antiseptic agent - miramistin (benzyldimethyl-myristoylamino-propylammonium chloride monohydrate) and a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent - ketoprofen, as a thickener - carbomer and as a solubilizer and viscosity stabilizer - sodium hyaluronate in the following ratio: ciprofloxacin 0.5 g; benzyldimethyl-myristoylamino-propylammonium chloride monohydrate - 0.01 g; ketoprofen lysine salt - 0.5 g; carbomer in concentration - 0.05 g; sodium hyaluronate at a concentration of 0.1 g; water - 100 ml.
EFFECT: composition provides a combined therapeutic effect: the removal of inflammation and the suppression of pathogenic microorganisms, the reduction of the index of resistance to pathogenic microorganisms that cause otitis media with damage to the eardrum, and the prolongation of the therapeutic effect.
