FIELD: cutting tools.
SUBSTANCE: elongated tool holder contains an anti-vibration tool component with a case part of the component and an anti-vibration device. The anti-vibration device contains a closed inner cavity of the component, formed in the case part of the component. The anti-vibration device also contains a vibration-absorbing part located in the component cavity and made as a single whole with the case part of the component in such a way that they have a single solid structure. The vibration-absorbing part contains vibration-absorbing mass and at least one elastic suspended element, through which vibration-absorbing mass is connected to the case part of the component. The component cavity contains an oscillatory space located between an inner surface of the case part of the component and the vibration-absorbing part. Vibration-absorbing mass is made with the possibility of oscillation in the oscillatory space with elastic deformation of the specified at least one suspended element. A cutting tool is equipped with the tool holder.
EFFECT: obtainment of a holder of a cutting tool with improved anti-vibration properties.
