FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to obstetrics and gynaecology, and can be used to predict the risk of developing chronic placental insufficiency at the stage of pregnancy planning. Presence of diagnostic titres of criterial and non-criterial antiphospholipid antibodies, B-lymphocyte and NK-cell count is determined. Further, the risk of developing chronic placental insufficiency is calculated. If P=30.0% and less, a low risk of developing chronic placental insufficiency is predicted.
EFFECT: method enables to predict the risk of developing chronic placental insufficiency at the stage of pregnancy planning, to form a group of high risk of severe complications of pregnancy and to implement measures for prevention of chronic placental insufficiency.
