In the process of generating a high pulse voltage, an is oscillation excitation diagram is used at the resonance frequency of a "capacitor - primary winding of the power transformer" series circuit, containing a high-voltage pulse generator connected via an input stage with galvanic separation to an AC network and controlling, via a driver, two power switches connected between the capacitor connected to the input stage and the primary winding of the power transformer. The high-voltage pulse generator comprises a logical part including, connected in series, a pulse counter, a decoder, an integrated microchip, a diode bridge connected to the input stage, a first Zener diode connected to the pulse counter of the logical part and, via the diode bridge, to the input stage and the capacitor, an operational amplifier connected, via the diode bridge, to the input stage, the capacitor and the integrated microchip of the logic part, which generated signals at the resonance frequency of the "capacitor - primary winding of the power transformer" oscillatory circuit and is connected with the key driver, a second Zener diode connected to the key driver and, via the diode bridge, to the input stage and the capacitor.
EFFECT: removed time limit for transmitting energy from the exciting high-voltage pulse generator to the electrified element.
