FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology, to radiation diagnostics. On the 3rd-5th day after cesarean section, radiothermometry is performed using transabdominal and transvaginal sensors of the RTM - 01 - RES microwave radio thermometer. The sensors are moved along the cicatrix in 0.5 cm increments every 15-20 seconds and when a temperature equal to 37.7°C or higher is detected in the cicatrix, the presence of hyperthermic areas is determined as risk zones for the development of the disability of the cicatrix.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to identify hyperthermic areas along the line of the postoperative cicatrix as an area of risk for the disability of the cicatrix and the subsequent development of inadequacy in the case of planning the next pregnancy.
