FIELD: internet of things.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for remote monitoring and control of the pollination of agricultural crops near beehives applying the Internet of Things (IoT). The stated technical result is achieved by using IoT devices to collect the data on the temperature, internal and external humidity of the hive, carbon dioxide level inside the hive, video surveillance inside and outside of the hive, acoustic background and vibrations inside and outside of the hive, weight of the hive, and coordinates of the location of the hive in the area; processing said data using an IoT platform and determine the quality of pollination of the agricultural crops; monitoring and controlling the pollination of the crops and transmitting the data obtained to the user apparatus.
EFFECT: provided remote monitoring and control of the pollination of crops near the points of location of hives applying the Internet of Things (IoT), leading to an increase in the efficiency of pollination of the crops with natural pollinators (bees and/or bumblebees), higher crop yields, higher honey yield.
