SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biochemistry, in particular to an antibody or its antigen-binding fragment, which binds to OX40, its production method, as well as to a conjugate containing it, and a composition. Nucleic acid encoding chains of the antibody or its antigen-binding fragment, which binds to OX40, as well as a vector containing it, and a cell are also disclosed. The invention also relates to the use of the above-mentioned antibody or its antigen-binding fragment for the production of a bispecific antibody.
EFFECT: invention allows for effective treatment of an individual with malignant tumor.
