FIELD: spraying devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mesh element of a sprayer. Mesh element (10) for sprayer assembly (50) is described. Mesh element (10) contains first layer (12) defining at least one channel (14), while at least one channel (14) has the minimal cross-sectional area. Mesh element (10) also contains second layer (16) lying above first layer (12), wherein second layer (16) forms at least one nozzle (18) having the maximal cross-sectional area. Second layer (16) contains inner surface (24) facing first layer (12), and outer surface (26) facing away from first layer (12). At least one nozzle (18) lies above at least one channel (14), and the maximal cross-sectional area of at least one nozzle (18) is less than the minimal cross-sectional area of at least one channel (14). Outer surface (26) of second layer (16) forms annular part (40) passing around at least one nozzle (18) and having a rounded shape. A thickness of second layer (16) on each annular part (40) is more than the thickness of second layer (16) between adjacent annular parts (40).

EFFECT: generation of aerosol having a small size of drops, while reducing or minimizing pressure necessary for pushing liquid through one or several nozzles formed by a mesh element.
