FIELD: antenna arrays.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to measure the total radiated power of the antenna array. The substance of the invention lies in the fact that the measured antenna array is divided into antenna sub-arrays by the number N, and the number N is greater than or equal to two; the sampling interval is determined based on the dimensions of the antenna subarrays by the number N; determining sampling points based on the sampling interval; and determining the total radiated power of the entire antenna array based on the effective isotropic radiated power at the sampling points.
EFFECT: providing a reduction in the number of sampling points in the process of measuring the total radiated power of the antenna array and a significant increase in the efficiency of testing the total radiated power of the antenna array.
