FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology. Native donor cornea is used for transplantation of Descemet's membrane (DMEK) in the presence of tubular antiglaucoma drainage. Injector used is venous catheter 18G connected to a syringe. Donor graft of descemet’s membrane is cut out with ¼ segment excision and arranged so that excision site is located in projection of tubular drainage. Air from the front chamber is not removed.
EFFECT: invention provides elimination of endothelial damage, possibility of using maximum diameter graft, reduced frequency of graft dislocation in postoperative period with prolonged biological survival of endothelial graft.
