SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for the production of a sheet containing homogenized material containing alkaloids. The method includes: formation of a mixture containing particles of material containing alkaloids and a component in the form of starch, and given amount of the first additive containing a component selected from a group consisting of water, aerosol forming substance, and a binder, while amount of the first additive is from 0.1 weight percent to 50 weight percent of the total weight of the mixture; application to the mixture of mechanical energy, which is at least 20 watt-hours per kilogram of the mixture; combination of the mixture with given amount of the second additive containing a component selected from a group consisting of water, aerosol formation substance, and a binder for formation of a suspension, wherein combination includes combination of the mixture with given amount of water, which is from 55 weight percent to 90 weight percent of the total weight of the suspension; and formation of a sheet from the suspension.
EFFECT: possibility of continuous, constant, and regular supply of material to a device located further along the stream, so that the rest part of a production line can increase the general production pace.
