FIELD: space technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to space technology, in particular to the manufacturing technology of large three-layer honeycomb panels. the honeycomb panel consists of two skins, between which there is a honeycomb filler, which is connected to the skins with the help of an adhesive composition. each of the skins consists of several sheets. on each of the joints between the sheets on the side of the honeycomb filler there are connecting plates, the thickness and width of which ensures the equal strength of the honeycomb panel in the joints. the honeycomb filler in the interface area with the overlays is reduced by the thickness of the overlays. the pads are connected to the skins and honeycomb filler using an adhesive composition.
EFFECT: increasing the geometric accuracy of the honeycomb panel and reducing the cost of the technological process of its manufacture; reducing the dimensions of the sheets forming the composite structure of the skins increases their overall flatness, and also reduces the cost of their manufacture.
