FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular, to plastic surgery. Full mobilisation of the nasal bone pyramid from the facial bones is performed. The upper bony part of the ridge of the nose is partially or completely removed. Complete medial osteotomies are made. 3 to 5 holes are made on the left and on the right, and 2/0, 3/0, or 4/0 non-absorbable monofilament synthetic thread is passed through said holes in the form of a continuous "corset" suture.
EFFECT: possibility of effectively performing uniform narrowing of the wide nasal bone pyramid in the upper part with stronger fixation using a single submerged node; achieving stable results; and avoiding postoperative complications, such as residual excess width of the upper nasal bone pyramid, contouring and node palpability through the cover of soft nasal tissues.
