FIELD: materials technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of materials, namely, to the technology of ceramic materials, and can be used in the manufacture of ceramic products of various shapes from zirconium ceramics. The powdered ceramic material is compacted, the compact is placed on a substrate of a refractory material in a vacuum chamber, a pressure of residual gases from 5 to 20 Pa is created in it, the compact and the substrate are heated by electron radiation to a sintering temperature of 1300 to 1350°C, and kept under the action of radiation at this temperature for 20 min, while controlling the temperature of the compact from the side of exposure to electron radiation and from the opposite side. The measured temperature difference of not more than 5°C is ensured by adjusting the dose of electron radiation falling on the compact, while adjusting the dose of electron radiation is carried out by changing the mode of scanning the surface of the compact and the substrate with an electron beam in a circle and raster.
EFFECT: given sequence of operations makes it possible to ensure uniform heating of products made of technical ceramics while maintaining a high sintering rate.
