FIELD: radio engineering and communicationsю
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio engineering and communications and can be used in the structure of analog microcircuits for various functional purposes, such as operational amplifiers (op-amps), compensating voltage stabilizers, comparators, etc. The input differential class AB stage of the high-speed operational amplifier additionally contains the first (19) and second (20) additional transistors. The bases of the first (19) and second (20) additional transistors are combined and connected to the combined bases of the first (7) and second (8) auxiliary transistors. The collector of the first (19) additional transistor is connected to the base of the first (10) output transistor. The collector of the second (20) additional transistor is connected to the base of the second (11) output transistor. The emitter of the first (19) additional transistor is connected to the first (4) current output of the input parallel-balanced stage (1). The emitter of the second (20) additional transistor is connected to the second (5) current output of the input parallel-balanced stage (1).
EFFECT: ensuring the operation of the differential stage (DS) in class AB mode with increased ratios of its maximum output currents Iout.max at the first 12 and second 13 current outputs to the static values of its output currents Iout.0, which are determined at zero DC input voltage.
