FIELD: pharmacy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of pharmacy, and in particular to a method for obtaining a drug with neuroprotective, immunomodulatory activity, based on the herb Orostachys spinosa (L.) in the form of a dry extract. A method for obtaining an agent with a pronounced neuroprotective, immunomodulatory activity, for this, plant material, consisting of particles crushed to a size of 1.0 mm in diameter, is extracted three times at a temperature of 60°C at a ratio of 1 wt.pts. plant material: 12 vol.pts. extractant with 10% ethanol for 30 min each phase contact, then the combined water-alcohol extracts are filtered, evaporated, purified by separation, evaporated, then dried in a vacuum dryer.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain a dry extract with a high content of extractive substances, as well as to expand the range of herbal medicines with neuroprotective, immunomodulatory activity, through the use of widely used domestic plant raw materials of the herb prickly grass.
