NEUROPSYCHOLOGICAL GAME-SIMULATOR FOR CLASSES ON THE RESTORATION OF SIMULTANEOUS PERCEPTION, COUNTING AND COUNTING OPERATIONS IN NEUROLOGICAL PATIENTS Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC A61B5/16 A63F1/00 G09B1/00 G09B19/00 A61H99/00

Abstract RU 2784779 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, to the section of neurology and neuropsychology, in particular to rehabilitation games, and can be used in the departments of neurorehabilitation of neurological and neurosurgical clinics when conducting neuropsychological rehabilitation of neurological patients through group exercises carried out in the form of a game aimed at restoring the disturbed simultaneous perception, counting and counting operations. A set of game elements of a neuropsychological game-simulator for classes on the restoration of simultaneous perception, counting and counting operations in neurological patients contains game elements in the form of basic and working cards of various degrees of complexity and playing fields. Wherein the basic and working cards are made in the form of squares of the same size, on the front surface of each of which a protective transparent coating is applied, which makes it possible to perform graphic actions with a water marker. Each base card contains a dividing line on the front surface dividing its surface into two identical areas - left and right, intended for entering various icons indicating the number of tens and units in numbers. In the center of each base card there is a central area made in the form of a rectangle designed to enter numbers and characters. On the reverse side of each basic card there is one of the arithmetic signs, such as the sign for "addition", "subtraction", "multiplication", "division", "equality", signs "greater than" and "less than". Each working card has a dividing line on the front surface dividing its surface into two identical areas - left and right, and a central area similar to the areas of base cards, while each working card contains images of two groups of geometric shapes. Wherein the first group of geometric shapes is placed in random order in the left area of the work card and indicates the number of tens in the number corresponding to this work card, and the second group of geometric shapes is placed in random order in the right area of the work card and indicates the number of units in the number corresponding to this work card. card. On the reverse side of each working card there is a number indicated by Arabic numerals and corresponding to the number, which is presented in the form of a certain number of geometric shapes on the front side of this working card. All work cards are divided into three degrees of complexity: easy, medium and high, which depends on the number of geometric shapes located in the left and right areas, namely, the work card of an easy degree of complexity contains no more than 3 geometric shapes in each of its left and right areas , a working card of an average degree of complexity contains no more than 6 geometric figures in each of its left and right areas, a working card of a high degree of complexity contains no more than 9 geometric figures in each of its left and right areas. The playing fields have a rectangular shape and are divided into identical square areas separated from each other by straight lines, and the square areas contain numbers corresponding to the numbers presented on the work cards in the form of a certain number of geometric shapes of the left and right areas of each work card, as well as numbers presented on the reverse sides of work cards. At the same time, basic, working cards and playing fields are placed in a box.

EFFECT: expansion of the arsenal of technical means for creating a set of game elements of a neuropsychological game-simulator, which provides the formation of an unlimited number of long-term courses of game lessons of varying degrees of complexity to restore simultaneous perception, counting and counting operations in a game form.
