FIELD: material grinding.
SUBSTANCE: centrifugal disc grinder is proposed, which contains oppositely rotating upper and lower discs. The upper disk consists of a hollow cone attached to the lower end of the loading pipe, and a horizontal ring attached to the outer ends of the hollow cone. A guide cone is attached to the lower generatrix of the hollow cone by means of vertical wear-resistant blades symmetrically located relative to the vertical axis, with the angle of inclination of the upper generatrix exceeding the angle of repose of the material and the diameter of the larger base equal to the inner diameter of the loading pipe. In the centre of the upper surface of the lower horizontal disc, a conical holder is fixed, on the surface of which rectangular impact elements are fixed, located with a technological gap in rectangular grooves made in the side ends of the vertical wear-resistant blades. Radial ribs are fixed on the upper surface of the lower disk and on the lower surface of the ring.
EFFECT: improving the efficiency of the grinding process.
