SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. The invention is a method for in vitro adaptation of strawberries in a two-layer substrate, including planting plants in a substrate consisting of a mixture of peat and soil, moistened with a solution of Murashige and Skoog, where plants are planted in a two-layer substrate, consisting of an upper layer in the form of disinfected flour of natural zeolite with fractions of 0.014 -0.01 mm, the lower layer consists of a substrate made in the form of a non-disinfected mixture of peat and soil in a ratio of 1: 1, while the disinfected flour of natural zeolite is obtained by calcining in an oven at 1000°C for 8-10 minutes, height peat layers is 3 cm, soil 3 cm, decontaminated flour of natural zeolite 5 cm.
EFFECT: invention increases the survival rate of plants grown in in vitro culture using a cheaper substrate in the form of disinfected natural zeolite flour.
