SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry production, in particular, to compositions of anti-stick coatings for casting moulds and rods used in the production of cast iron castings. Anti-stick coating for casting moulds and rods based on cryptocrystalline graphite contains, % wt.: isopropyl alcohol 40 to 45, polyvinyl butyral 2 to 3, graphite-containing sludge 10 to 30, cryptocrystalline graphite the rest.
EFFECT: higher quality of coating of cast iron castings.
