SUBSTANCE: functional nutrition composition having adaptogenic properties, containing a cedar component and dry vegetable components obtained using a microwave energy supply, characterized by that it additionally contains a date paste, the cedar component is represented by cedar cake or cedar extraction cake, and the dry vegetal components are represented by dried sea-buckthorn or sea-buckthorn cake, flax seed or linseed cake, pine microstrobil after separation of pollen in the following ratio of components, wt. %: cedar cake or cedar extraction cake 40.0-45.0; date paste 35.0-45.0; dried sea-buckthorn or sea-buckthorn cake 8.0-14.0; flax seed or linseed cake 3.0-5.0; pine microstrobilis 2.0-3.0.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase storage life with preservation of high organoleptic indices of the ready product, increase nutritive and biological value, expand the range of functional alimentation products with adaptogenic action.
