FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method envisages mixing of honey with cedar press cake and/or extraction cake, nuts, medicinal herbs extracts, dehydrated fruits and berries, bee farming products, packing and packaging. Dehydrated fruits and berries are produced from frozen raw materials by way of microwave treatment under vacuum under continuous drum rotation conditions. Cedar press cake and/or extraction cake is/are by-product(s) obtained in the process of cedar oil production with usage of microwave field. The bee farming products are represented by ambrosia and/or bee royal jelly and/or propolis and/or pollen. The components are used at the following weight ratio %: honey - 60.0-80.0; dehydrated fruits and berries - 5.0-10.0; cedar press cake and/or extraction cake - 2.0-10.0; nuts - 10.0-20.0; medicinal herbs extracts - 1.0-3.0; bee farming products - 1.0-5.0.
EFFECT: honey with additives has high organoleptic indices and biological value.
