Against the background of taking Dapagliflozin at a dosage of 10 mg once a day, 9 sessions of extracorporeal shock wave therapy are performed for 3 weeks, 100 pulses with an energy density of 0.09 mJ/mm2 per 1 cm2 zone of each LV segment according to a specific protocol.
EFFECT: method allows stopping shortness of breath, edematous syndrome, improving the quality of life and exercise tolerance, achieving positive dynamics in reducing the LV myocardial mass index, increasing LV systolic function, and improving LV diastolic function due to a combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
