FIELD: biochemistry; immunology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to biochemistry and immunology, in particular to a molecule of a tri-specific antibody containing a diabody unit built in a polypeptide chain containing at least six variable domains connected one after another. In some cases, two single-stranded Fv-fragments are connected distally to the diabody unit to form two additional antigen-binding sites. An antigen-binding molecule may be monomer of single polypeptide or multimeric polypeptide.
EFFECT: invention can be used for target impact on two different tumor antigens, wherein the third specificity activates a cytotoxic effect of effector cells, or binding of two effector cells and one tumor antigen; invention can be used in different ways for changing targets of a cytotoxic potential of effector cells of the immune system for destruction of tumor cells or infectious agents.
