SUBSTANCE: disclosed are: a specific binding molecule that binds to CD3, a bifunctional binding molecule capable of binding to CD3 and a target cell, and methods for their preparation, pharmaceutical compositions for treating cancer and an infectious disease, nucleic acids coding specific and bifunctional binding molecules, expression vector, host cell for production of specific and bifunctional binding molecules. Also disclosed are methods of treating cancer and infectious disease.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at obtaining binding molecules which bind to CD3, and their use for treating cancer and an infectious disease in a subject.
