FIELD: chemical industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of chemical industry, in particular, to production of high-temperature CO2 sorbents. Presented is a method for producing high-temperature CO2 sorbents, including the stage of crushing a calcium oxide precursor, followed by heat treatment, characterised by dissolving the forming solution, containing a calcium oxide precursor — calcium acetylacetonate and a binder polymer — polyacrylonitrile, in dimethylformamide by mechanically stirring until a true solution is produced; filling a medical syringe with a blunt needle with the resulting solution and electroforming in an electrospinning unit, resulting in cylindrical composite fibres with a smooth surface, forming a non-woven macroporous mat, said mat being dried in a dry cabinet in an air atmosphere; annealing the resulting composite fibres, resulting in the destruction of polyacrylonitrile and the conversion of calcium acetylacetonate into calcium oxide; subjecting the resulting calcium oxide nanofibres to carbonising and decarbonising.

EFFECT: lower energy costs for producing an absorber and higher sorption capacity thereof for CO2.
