FIELD: beverage making.
SUBSTANCE: device (1) is made with the possibility of beverage making of an ingredient supplied in capsule (100), which is equipped with outlet membrane (101). Device (1) has extraction unit (2) having seat (20) for extraction of the capsule, input mechanism (21) for direction of water to seat (20), and issue mechanism (22) for direction of a beverage from seat (20). Issue mechanism (22) has surface (220) limiting a lower part of seat (20), wherein there are one or more protruding elements (225) on surface (220), located upstream and made with the possibility of formation of one or more outlets for the beverage in outlet membrane (101) of capsule (100) in seat (20). Protruding element(s) (225) is (are) fixed relatively to surface (220) and/or is (are) made as a single whole with it, and it (they) include(s) at least one controllable protruding element (225a). Surface (220) is connected to opening control device (23) made with the possibility of control of formation of outlet(s) in outlet membrane (101), using controllable protruding element (225a). Opening control device (23) has at least one neutralizing element (23a) made with the possibility of movement adjacently with controllable protruding element (225a) between a working position, in which formation of the outlet in outlet membrane (101), using controllable protruding element (225a), is prevented, and a neutral position, in which controllable protruding element (225a) can form the outlet for the beverage in outlet membrane (101).
EFFECT: claimed device allows for formation of another flow trajectory during extraction, i.e., such that allows for obtaining, or enhancing, or weakening certain extraction effects.
