FIELD: heat-shielding materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat-shielding materials based on ethylene-propylene diene rubbers, which can be used in aircraft and rocket production. A heat-protective material is proposed, containing in parts by weight: ethylene-propylene-diene rubber “СКЭПТ-40” – 100.0; sulfur – 2.0; dithiodimorpholine – 2.0; thiuram “Д” – 0.75; 2-mercaptobenzothiazole – 1.5; zinc oxide – 5.0; stearin – 1.0; pine rosin – 3.0; white soot “БС-120” – 30.0; carbon microfibers with a pre-applied modifier - 10.0, where the modifying additive is a product of the interaction of dicyandiamine with dimethyl phosphite in an environment of 50 wt.% of phosphoric acid, applied to carbon microfibers at the mass ratios carbon microfibers: 5 wt.% of aqueous solution of modifying additive = 10: 1-5.
EFFECT: increase in heat-protective properties and implementation of the intended purpose.
