FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat-shielding materials based on ethylene-propylene diene rubber, which can be used in aircraft and rocketry. Heat-shielding material based on ethylene-propylene diene rubber contains curing agents – sulphur, dithiodimorpholine and thiuram “Д”, vulcanisation accelerator – 2-mercaptobenzothiazole, vulcanisation activators – zinc oxide and stearin, technical carbon, white soot “БС-120”, pine rosin, modifying additive is a product of reaction of nitrilotrimethylphosphonic acid, diethylene glycol and boric acid, taken in molar ratio 1:6:3, previously neutralized to pH=7-7.3, with the following ratio of components, wt.pts.: rubber “СКЭПТ-40” – 100.0, sulphur – 2.0, dithiodimorpholine – 2.0, thiuram “Д” – 0.75, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole – 1.5, zinc oxide – 5.0, stearin – 1.0, technical carbon “П-324” – 2.0, pine rosin – 3.0, white soot “БС-120” – 30.0, modifying additive – 3.0-15.0.
EFFECT: improved heat-shielding properties of the material and wider range of heat-shielding materials.
