FIELD: moving objects detection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multi-position passive systems for detecting moving objects. The system consists of several mutually oriented radio, optical or acoustic receivers combined with a radiometer and receiving reflection or radiation signals from fast moving objects. Additionally, it takes into account the radio-brightness temperature of objects, measured using a combined radiometer by moving the line of sight of its antenna in the direction of the extrapolated positions of objects. The method can be used in existing multi-position passive systems for object direction finding.
EFFECT: increasing the probability of detecting all objects by reducing the probability of errors of the first and second kind, as well as increasing the accuracy of estimating the spatial coordinates of objects by a passive system of receivers when they work together with a radiometer.
