FIELD: crushing or grinding of various materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for grinding various materials and can be used in production of construction materials, as well as in other industries. Centrifugal disc grinder comprises cylindrical housing 1 with loading 2 and unloading 3 branch pipes, oppositely rotating upper 4 and lower 5 conical discs. Radial blades 6 and 7 are rigidly fixed on the lower surface of the upper conical disc 4 and on the upper surface of lower conical disc 5. Vertical gap between the lower surface of the upper conical disc 4 and the upper surface of lower conical disc 5 is equal to (1.2…1.5)Dmax, where Dmax is the maximum particle size of the crushed material. Height of radial blades 6 and 7 of upper 4 and lower 5 conical disks decreases proportionally from their centre to periphery. In front of each radial blade 7 of the lower conical disc 5 to its upper surface located at an angle αexceeding ϕ, where ϕ is angle of natural slope of material, in direction of its rotation, bar grid 8 is rigidly attached, consisting of vertical prismatic rods 9 with height equal to height of radial blade 7 with provision of equal gap between prismatic rods 9 and radial blade 7, exceeding Dmax. Radial clearance between adjacent vertical prismatic rods 9 is (0.1…0.2)Dmax. Cross-section of each prismatic rod 9 is made in the form of a trapezoid with a smaller base towards radial blade 7. In the upper part of radial blades 7 and bar grids 8 of lower conical disc 5 and in the lower part of radial blades 6 of upper conical disc 4 along their length and width, prismatic knives 10 and 11 are rigidly fixed in the direction of rotation of the corresponding conical disc with provision of vertical process gap between surfaces of prismatic knives 10, 11.

EFFECT: grinder ensures increased efficiency of the grinding process.
