SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cutting plate and a cutting tool provided with a plate. The cutting insert refers to a circular double-sided cutting insert including a top surface, a bottom surface, a side surface and a cutting edge, and is mounted on a cutting tool in which a plurality of back surfaces and a plurality of attachment surfaces are located on the side surface, and among the plurality of attachment surfaces, the surface the holder, which is brought into contact with the cutting tool when the cutting insert is mounted on the cutting tool, forms an acute angle with respect to the upper surface or the lower surface, acting as a rake surface.
