FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and is intended for primary and revision endoprosthetics of the affected clavicle or the affected area of the clavicle. The endoprosthesis consists of a body with two connecting elements. The body of the endoprosthesis of the clavicle, replacing the affected clavicle or the affected area of the clavicle, is made in the form of a flat mesh structure of anatomical shape with a volume of voids of 30-60%. The endoprosthesis of the clavicle according to the first variant contains the main body with two connecting elements. The body replacing the affected clavicle is made in the form of a flat mesh structure of anatomical shape with a volume of voids of 30-60%, on one side of which a connecting element is made in the form of a sternoclavicular joint, which is a screw with a ball head. The surface of the part of the screw intended for insertion into the sternum has a cellular structure. The ball head is placed in the cavity of a insert made of a high-density polymer fixed in the hemisphere of the end of the endoprosthesis body. Along the circumference of the hemisphere, holes for holding fastening ligatures are evenly arranged, and on the other side of the body, a connecting element is made in the form of an acromial-clavicular C-shaped joint to cover the top and bottom of the acromial process of the scapula, on the upper and lower surfaces of which there are holes for holding fastening ligatures, and its inner surface, in contact with the process of the scapula, has a cellular structure. The sternoclavicular and acromial-clavicular joints are made of Ti6Al4V and an oxide coating with a thickness of no more than 20 mcm is applied on their surface. The endoprosthesis of the clavicle according to the second variant contains a body with two connecting elements. The body replacing the affected area of the clavicle is made in the form of a flat mesh structure of anatomical shape with a volume of voids of 30-60%, on one side of which a connecting element is made in the form of a sternoclavicular joint. The sternoclavicular joint is a screw with a ball head. The surface of the part of the screw intended for insertion into the sternum has a cellular structure, and the ball head is placed in the cavity of the insert made of a high-density polymer fixed in the hemisphere of the end of the endoprosthesis body. Along the circumference of the hemisphere, holes for holding fastening ligatures are evenly spaced. On the other side of the body, a connecting element is made in the form of an intramedullary leg with a cellular structure applied to its surface and having an anatomical shape of the internal channel of the clavicle bone. The body and the sternoclavicular joint are made of Ti6Al4V and an oxide coating with a thickness of no more than 20 mcm is applied on their surface. The endoprosthesis of the clavicle according to the third variant contains a body with two connecting elements. The body replacing the affected area of the clavicle is made in the form of a flat mesh structure of anatomical shape with a volume of voids of 30-60%. On one side of the body, a connecting element is made in the form of an intramedullary leg with a cellular structure applied to its surface and having an anatomical shape of the internal canal of the clavicle bone, on the other side of the body, a connecting element is made in the form of an acromial-clavicular C-shaped joint to cover the top and bottom of the acromial process of the scapula, on the upper and lower surfaces of which holes are located for holding fastening ligatures, and its inner surface, in contact with the process of the scapula, has a cellular structure. The body and acromial-clavicular joint are made of Ti6Al4V and an oxide coating with a thickness of no more than 20 microns is applied on their surface.
EFFECT: inventions provide increased integration with the surrounding bone structures and improved anatomical and functional results.
