SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a tablet with an enteric coating, including: a core containing dimethyl fumarate or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient; and a layer of an enteric coating, and to production of a tablet exhibiting the same effect as the currently marketed capsule dosage form, following a simple technology, constituting a dosage form with excellent storage stability and ease of administration, therefore applicable for various groups of patients.
