SUBSTANCE: high-speed operational amplifier is proposed based on a bent cascade with a differentiating transient correction circuit, into the circuit of which the first (16) and second (17) additional transistors are introduced, the emitters of which are combined and connected to the first (9) power supply bus through an auxiliary a current-stabilizing two-terminal network (18) and an auxiliary correction capacitor (19) connected in parallel with it, wherein the base of the first (16) auxiliary transistor is connected to the emitter of the first (6) output transistor, the base of the second (17) auxiliary transistor is connected to the emitter of the second (7) output transistor, the collector of the first (16) auxiliary transistor is connected to the input of the buffer amplifier (14), and the collector of the second (17) auxiliary transistor is connected to the input of the current mirror (12).
EFFECT: providing higher levels of output current in the structure of the intermediate op-amp cascade, which recharges the integrating correction capacitor of the op-amp during the front of the transient process.
