FIELD: organic chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of organic chemistry and pharmacology and is aimed at obtaining antimicrobial compounds. Substituted O-alkyl-2-arylhydrazine carbotioates of general formula I are presented, where R1=Et, R2=2-CH3PH (Ib - O-ethyl-2-(2-methylphenyl)hydrazine carbotioate); R1=Bu, R2=2-CH3Ph (Ic - O-butyl-2-(2-methylphenyl)hydrazine carbotioate); R1=Et, R2=Bn (Id-O-ethyl-2-benzylhydrazine carbotioate); R1=n-C10H21, R2=Ph (Ie-O-decyl-2-phenylhydrazine carbotioate); R1=n-C10H21, R2=4-FPh (If - O-decyl-2-(4-fluorophenyl)hydrazine carbotioate); R1=-(CH2)6-, R2=Ph (Ig - O, O'-hexane-1,6-diyl-bis(2-phenylhydrazine carbotioate). A method for obtaining Ie-f compounds using the “one-pot” technology is also disclosed, where one- or diatomic alcohol (n-decanol, 1,6-hexanediol) acts as the starting compound.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides an effective way to obtain new compounds with antimicrobial properties.
