SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method and a system for weighing and formation of a bundle of products. According to the present invention, it is necessary to determine a number of products in a weighing cup of a multi-head weighing device. A set of weight distributions is specified, including the first weight distribution and the second weight distribution. The first weight distribution is a weight distribution of the first integer number of products, and the second weight distribution is a weight distribution of the second integer number of products. Weight of products in the weighing cup is compared with the first weight distribution and the second weight distribution, respectively, the number of products corresponds to the first integer number, when weight is within the specified first weight distribution, and to the second integer number, when weight is within the specified second weight distribution.
EFFECT: weighing and formation of bundles with a specific number of units with specific weight from units of solid food products.
