FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of automated systems for control of technological processes of gas transportation, and it is used for identification of exceeding calculated standards and control of the operation efficiency in different operational modes of a gas-pumping unit. The purpose of the invention is provision of timely identification of drop in the operation efficiency and exceeding standardized values of a fuel gas rate in different operational modes of a gas-pumping unit. The given purpose is achieved by development of an automated system for control and regulation of a flow rate of fuel gas of a gas-pumping unit in a real-time mode. This system is complex expansion of functional capabilities of SCADA PSI Control (AG) system for operational dispatch control of gas transportation in a real-time mode.
EFFECT: implementation of automatic diagnostics, analysis, and control of the current state of operation of a gas-pumping unit, regulation of a fuel gas flow rate in different modes.
